My name is Giuliano Lanzetti, owner of Bounty in Rimini—one of Italy’s most iconic themed restaurants and entertainment venues—and I know what it means to run a restaurant under pressure.
But I also know what it means to break free, change your mindset, and build a system that works—even without you being there every single day.
That’s what I did, and that’s exactly what I can help you do today.
